Overall objective: Increasing the capacity of cross-border educational, social and health municipal and public institutions, as a precondition for beneficial cross-border cooperation and joint problem solving in the field of support and integration of f children at risk and those with special education needs (SEN).  

Specific objectives:

1. Evaluation of existing conditions and system of social accountability (best practices, shortcomings and difficulties) to provide adequate support to the needs of children with SEN in the CB region;

2. Increasing expert’s capacity, professional skills and promotion of experience upgrade among specialists in municipal and public educational, social and health institutions, for improving quality of their work toward better and more adequate support to children with SEN;

3. To encourage collaboration between institutions, experts and parents, to achieve a working team approach for better coordination and cooperation relevant to the special needs of children with SEN;

4. To encourage cross-border cooperation for administrative capacity improvement, as a preposition for effective implementation of good practices for integrated and inclusive education;

5. To promote a differentiated approach to different children at risk, in order t their specific needs;          

6. To form a positive attitude of society and target groups toward children at risk, their problems and needs;

7. To create a communication channel for information exchange.

Type and scope services provided:

Management and coordination;

Development of Analytical study;

Elaboration of 4 types of information brochures;

Organizing of exchange seminar in Bulgaria and Serbia

Organization and delivery of educational training for representatives of target group.
